Position:- Manager Coordinator SAA
Consolidated Renumeration:- Up to Rs. 17,500/- per month
Qualification:- Should have a Post in, Social Work (MSW) /Master Degree in Psycology, MSc Home Science (Child development) from recognized university. Age 25 to 35 as on 01-07-2020
Experience:-
- Should have a Post in, Social Work (MSW)/Master Degree in Psychology, M.Sc Home Science ( Child development )from recognized university. Age 25 to 35
- Should have at least 3 years experience and knowledge of working on women/Child protection issues residential care and support to Children Experience of working on adoption issues will be an added advantage.
- Should have good rapport with the NGOs who run children’s homes /govt department in the district who are working on women and child related issues.
- Should have demonstrable Commitment to women and child concern and communication Skills both written & oral and ability to pursue the matters with all concerned.
- Ability to work on a Computer and Capable is using MS-Office Package (MS Word and Excel ) and also capable of using the internet.
Service Delivery Frame Work – Rules and Responsibilities
The Manager / Coordinator of the SAA would SAA would ensure effective functioning of the SAA as per the CARA guidelines and ensure that child protection programmes for children 6 years of age are implemented effectively. Coordinate with the local CWC. Regularly report to the ACA and SARA at the State Level
Periodically report about the Progress of the children in the SAA to the Child Welfare Committee and DCPU
Supervise the Sponsorship foster Programme through regular monitoring of the Progress as per the Child’s individual Care plan and send periodic reports to the DCPS and CWC. Prepare individual child Care Plans the Care options for Children in the SAA.
She shall be responsible for ensuring effective institutional / residential care Services at the district level for the SAA and all records are well maintained and updated as per CARA guidelines.
Position:-Nurse (SAA)
Consolidated Renumeration:- Up to Rs. 9,000/- per month
Qualification :- ANM etc Age 25 to 35 Years as on 01-07-2020
Experience:- Should be qualified medical personal with relevant qualifications ANM

Position:- Doctor (Part time) SAA

Qualification :- MBBS – Specilization in Pediatric Medicine
Experience:- Should be Medical Doctor having completed a minimum of MBBS and has been practicing Specialization in Pediatric Medicine necessary Should be able to give time to the SAA on regular

Position:- Data Analyst (ICPS)
Consolidated Renumeration:- Up to Rs. 14,000/- per month
Qualification :- Should have a Degree in Economics / Statistics / Mathematics Age 25-35 years as on 01-07-2020
Experience:-
Should have at least 2 years experience in data management and analysis and Using packages such as SPSS
Should have excellent working knowledge of MS-Office, especially MS Excel Good knowledge methods of data collection and generating formats for data collection.
Should have demonstrable Strong written & Oral Communication Skills (ability to write and Speak fluent English and Telugu)
Special achievements or contributions in the earlier tenure in the field of data analysis management at the District level or worked with Govt. Dept NGO on in analyzing their data and generating report

The Data Analyst shall be responsible for Assisting the DCPO in preparing format for data collection Analysis of data Collected.
Provide technical assistance to the WD & CW Dept / Society in improving the existing databases & data collection process and analysis including the existing databases at the district level. Data entry analysis for monitoring Support preparation of formats.

మేనేజర్ / కోఆర్డినేటర్(SAA ):- ఏదైనా గుర్తింపు పొందిన విశ్వవిద్యాలయం నుండి సంబంధిత మాస్టర్ డిగ్రీ లో మాస్టర్ ఆఫ్ సోషల్ వర్క (MSW) పూర్తి అయి ఉండి ఉండాలి లేదా మాస్టర్ డిగ్రీలో సైకాలజీ పూర్తి అయి ఉండాలి లేదా మాస్టర్ డిగ్రీ Home Science (చైల్డ్ డెవలప్మెంట్) అయి ఉండాలి. Remuneration :- Rs 17,500/-
నర్స్ (SAA ):- నర్సింగ్ లో సంబంధిత అర్హత కలిగిన విద్యా సంస్థ నుంచి ANM పూర్తి చేసి ఉండాలి. Remuneration :- Rs 9000/-
డాక్టర్ పార్ట్ టైం (SAA ):- కనీసం ఎంబిబిఎస్ పూర్తి చేసి ప్రాక్టీసు చేస్తున్న మెడికల్ డాక్టర్ అయి ఉండాలి. Specialization in pediatrics. Remuneration :- Rs 7,500/-
డేటా ఎనలిస్ట్ (ICPS ) ఏదైనా డిగ్రీలో ఎకనామిక్స్ లేదా స్టాటిస్టిక్స్ లేదా మ్యాథమెటిక్స్ తప్పనిసరి.Remuneration :- Rs 14,000/-
