• Hall Tickets for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET-2019), run by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), has been made available. The Entrance Test will be held on the 7th of July. Applicants can download their hall tickets online from the official website. 

    The test will be held in 2,942 centers nationwide. A total of 8,17,892 candidates applied for the CTET Paper I examination, the board said in a statement. 4,27,897 candidates applied for the Paper 2 examination.

    Examination Method:

    This Entrance Test will be held in Paper-1 and Paper-II. Paper-1 Exam for Primary Teachers Paper-II Examination for Upper Primary Teachers. 

    • The paper-1 exam will take about two hours. Contains 150 Multiple Choice Questions. There are 5 subjects: Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics, Science. Each subject has 30 questions. Each question has 1 mark.
    • The Paper-2 exam also includes two hours, 150 multiple choice questions. There are 5 subjects: Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics and Science, Social Studies. The first three subjects consist of 30 questions. The remaining two subjects consist of 60 questions. Each question has 1 mark..
